My journey began in 2002, when I was tasked with establishing a QMS within the database management and programming industry to achieve ISO accreditation, which we successfully secured within six months. Since then, I have supported numerous businesses across diverse sectors, including engineering, industrial painting, training companies, and wholesale, in setting up and maintaining effective QMS systems. In 2021, I expanded our service offerings to include consulting for successful accreditation to the EN 15085-2 standard, further broadening the scope of our commitment to quality management excellence.

When Lambert QMS Services Ltd was established, my primary goal was to simplify the ISO 9001:2015 standard for businesses with limited resources, particularly those struggling to find the time to implement and maintain a quality management system. From my experience, I noticed that the language in the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the process of participating in external audits were often riddled with complex jargon, making it challenging for many to grasp. Therefore, my mission became clear: to demystify the standard and provide straightforward explanations for those who find it difficult to understand.
