My name is Carl and I hold over 20 years of experience in implementing and improving ISO 9001:2015 Standard Quality Management Systems. This started in 2002 in where I was required to implement a QMS system within a database management/programming industry in order to gain ISO accreditation of which was successfully achieved within six months. Over the years I have continued to assist businesses in setting up and maintaining QMS systems in a variation of industries which include engineering, industrial painting, training companies and wholesale to name but a few. In 2021 expanded and enhanced our services to consult to gain successful accreditation to the EN 15085-2 standard.

My main goal is take away any headaches and unnecessary stress from you and for ISO 9001:2015 to be understood by everyone as it does not have to be complicated. I work with you to ensure this and that your quality management system is fully operational and implemented.

My mission

When Lambert QMS Services Ltd was first established my main purpose was for ISO 9001:2015 to be made simple for those businesses in where resources are limited for example; of not having the time to implement a quality management system and to maintain it. I found from experience that reading the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and taking part in external audits involved extreme jargon and complexity so my mission is to make it simple and easily explain to those who have difficulty in understanding the standard.
